Anthropic's Team plan is built for groups of 2 to 150 people. It gives every member Claude with connectors to other tools, under central billing and administration⁠1Claude pricing: Team and Enterprise plansAnthropic.

Best for: Teams of 2 to 150 that want a capable writing, analysis and research assistant with connectors and published per-seat prices.

Not the right fit for: Businesses that want AI to take on operational work, such as calls or bookkeeping, without someone directing each task.

What Claude Team includes

The plan includes connectors, Claude Code and Claude Cowork, SSO, admin controls for connectors, usage analytics and up to $500 a month in pooled API credits. Standard and premium seats can be mixed, with premium seats offering five times the standard usage, and seats can be added mid-term. Anthropic states that it does not train models on Team content by default. Enterprise, from 20 seats, adds audit logs, SCIM, role-based access and custom data retention⁠1Claude pricing: Team and Enterprise plansAnthropic.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

• Published seat prices, with a premium seat for heavier users.
• Connectors, SSO, admin controls and usage analytics on the Team plan.
• No model training on business content by default.

Limits

• A tool that people direct, not a teammate that runs a process on its own.
• Audit logs, SCIM and role-based access sit on Enterprise, which starts at 20 seats.
• The Team plan tops out at 150 seats.

Choose another option if: You want AI to answer the phone, chase invoices or place orders (OpenLazarus), or your staff already live in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (Copilot or Gemini).

• Which of our people need premium seats, and which are well served by standard ones?
